As Team Manager, you will oversee the quality of work and the overall work process. The result is a driven team, qualitative and efficient execution of work. As a Team Manager, you do not shy away from a lot of responsibility and can apply knowledge gained well within the team.

What does your week look like?
As Team Manager, you carry a lot of responsibility for your team and are responsible for for  The overall operational work process in the greenhouse. You plant many tasks who need to be taken care of daily to perfection to run a good week. You keep a close eye on this during the week. With the necessary experience you have already gained, you know how to motivate the team and monitor the atmosphere, intervening when necessary. As Team Manager, you check the hours of all employees, make any corrections, are responsible for training (new) employees and work closely with the employment agency.

Together with your colleagues, you conclude the day. Together, you will discuss the points of attention that are needed and you will not go home until everything is arranged tip-top for the next day. Besides being responsible  you have a lot of contact with the crop specialists. Top performance is something you achieve together!
